    L'hydroxyurée a dose-dépendante l'activité synergique avec le cisplatine in vitro. In vivo ont montré une activité hydroxyurée en association avec le cisplatine contre le LX-1 et CALU-6 xénogreffes poumon humain, mais un minimum activité a été vu avec le NCI-H460 ou H520 NCI-xénogreffes. L'hydroxyurée est synergique avec le cisplatine dans le xénogreffe pulmonaire de Lewis murin. Exposition séquentielle à l'hydroxyurée 4 heures avant le cisplatine produit la plus grande interaction.
