Haplopan Pharmacologie
Le phénobarbital, la plus longue durée d'action barbituriques, est utilisé pour ses propriétés anticonvulsivantes et sédatifs-hypnotiques dans la gestion de tous les troubles épileptiques, sauf absence (petit mal).
Haplopan Absorption
Absorbé à des degrés divers après une administration orale, rectale ou parentérale. Les sels sont plus rapidement absorbés que sont les acides. Le taux d'absorption est augmentée si le sel de sodium est ingérée comme une solution diluée ou pris sur un estomac vide
Haplopan Toxicite
SNC et de dépression respiratoire qui peut évoluer vers la respiration de Cheyne-Stokes, aréflexie, constriction des pupilles à un degré léger (bien que dans une grave intoxication ils peuvent wshow la dilatation paralytique), oligurie, tachycardie, hypotension, a abaissé la température du corps, et le coma. Le syndrome de choc typique (apnée, collapsus circulatoire, l'arrêt respiratoire et la mort) peuvent survenir.

PATIENT INFORMATION
Practitioners should give the following information and instructions to patients receiving barbiturates:
1. The use of phenobarbital carries with it an associated risk of psychological and/or physical dependence.
The patient should be warned against increasing the dose of the drug without consulting a physician.
2. Phenobarbital may impair mental and/or physical abilities required for the performance of potentially
hazardous tasks (e.g., driving, operating machinery, etc.).
3. Alcohol should not be consumed while taking phenobarbital. Concurrent use of phenobarbital with other
CNS depressants (e.g., alcohol, narcotics, tranquilizers, and antihistamines) may result in additional CNS
depressant
