L-(-)-Histidine Indication
Les actions de supplémentation de L-histidine sont entièrement claires. Il peut avoir une certaine immunomodulatrice ainsi que l'activité antioxydante. L-histidine peut être indiqué pour une utilisation dans certains atteints de polyarthrite rhumatoïde. Il n'est pas indiqué pour le traitement de l'anémie ou d'urémie ou pour abaisser le cholestérol sérique.
L-(-)-Histidine Pharmacologie
Se trouve en abondance dans l'hémoglobine; a été utilisé dans le traitement de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, les maladies allergiques, les ulcères et l'anémie. Une carence peut provoquer une mauvaise ouïe.
L-(-)-Histidine Absorption
Absorbée par l'intestin grêle par un mécanisme de transport actif nécessitant la présence de sodium.
L-(-)-Histidine Toxicite
ORL-RAT LD50> 15000 mg kg-1, l'IPR-rat DL50> 8000 mg kg-1, ORL MUS LD50> 15000 mg kg-1, IVN MUS LD50> 2000 mg kg-1; légers effets secondaires gastro-intestinaux.
L-(-)-Histidine Information pour les patients
L-histidine supplements should be avoided by children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. Those with allergies or peptic ulcer disease should only use L-histidine supplements under strict medical supervision. Although there are no reports of adverse events in these groups, increased histamine production from L-histidine might negatively affect those with these conditions.
