Pour le traitement des nausées et vomissements postopératoires et pour la nausée associée à une gastro-entérite.

Tranexamic acid EP/JP/CP Pharmacologie

Trimethobenzamide est un antiémétique roman qui empêche les nausées et les vomissements chez les humains. Ses actions ne sont pas claires, mais le plus probable implique l'chémoréceptrice zone (CTZ). Chez les chiens prétraités avec trimethobenzamide HCl, la réponse émétique à l'apomorphine est inhibée, alors que peu ou pas protégés est assurée contre les vomissements induits par du sulfate de cuivre intragastrique.
