    Pour en complément des antivitamines K dans la prévention des complications thrombo-emboliques post-opératoires du remplacement de valve cardiaque et également utilisé dans la prévention de l'angine.

    Dipyridamine Pharmacologie

    Dipyridamole, un vasodilatateur non nitrates coronaires qui inhibe également l'agrégation plaquettaire, est combiné avec d'autres médicaments anticoagulants comme la warfarine, pour prévenir la thrombose chez les patients ayant une valvulopathie ou troubles vasculaires. Le dipyridamole est également utilisé dans l'imagerie de perfusion myocardique, comme un agent antiplaquettaire, et en combinaison avec l'aspirine pour la prophylaxie course.

    Proper use of this medicine
