    Plavix Indicacion

    Para la reducción de eventos ateroscleróticos (infarto de miocardio, ictus y muerte vascular) en pacientes con aterosclerosis documentada por un accidente cerebrovascular reciente, infarto de miocardio reciente o enfermedad arterial periférica establecida

    Plavix Farmacologia

    Clopidogrel, un antiagregante plaquetario estructural y farmacológicamente similar a la ticlopidina, se utiliza para reducir los eventos ateroscleróticos, como el infarto de miocardio, ictus y muerte vascular en pacientes que han sufrido recientemente un accidente cerebrovascular, infarto de miocardio recientemente, o han establecido la enfermedad vascular periférica.

    Plavix Absorcion

    La absorción es al menos el 50% sobre la base de la excreción urinaria de metabolitos relacionados con clopidogrel. La biodisponibilidad no se ha encontrado para ser afectada por los alimentos.

    Plavix Toxicidad

    Los síntomas de toxicidad aguda incluyen vómitos (en mandriles), postración, dificultad respiratoria y hemorragia gastrointestinal.

    Plavix Informacion de Pacientes

    Patients should be told that they may bleed more easily and it may take them longer than usual to stop bleeding when they take Plavix or Plavix combined with aspirin, and that they should report any unusual bleeding to their physician. Patients should inform physicians and dentists that they are taking Plavix and/or any other product known to affect bleeding before any surgery is scheduled and before any new drug is taken.
