    Pour le traitement, en combinaison avec l'héparine, du syndrome coronarien aigu, notamment les patients qui doivent être gérés médicalement et ceux subissant une ACTP ou athérectomie.

    AGG Pharmacologie

    Le tirofiban empêche la coagulation du sang lors des épisodes de douleur thoracique ou une crise cardiaque, ou lorsque le patient subit une procédure pour traiter une artère coronaire bloquée. Il est un antagoniste non peptidique de la glycoprotéine (GP) plaquettaire IIb / IIIa, et inhibe l'agrégation plaquettaire. Lorsqu'il est administré par voie intraveineuse, le tirofiban inhibe l'agrégation plaquettaire ex vivo de façon dose-et concentration-dépendant manière. Lorsqu'il est administré selon le schéma recommandé, une inhibition> 90% est atteint à la fin de la perfusion de 30 minutes. Le tirofiban a été récemment montré chez des patients souffrant d'angor instable pour réduire ischémique d'événements à 48 heures après la perfusion par rapport à l'héparine standard.

    Follow all instructions for proper mixing or dilution (if necessary) and refer to the tirofiban dosing chart for the recommended IV dosing. If you have questions regarding the use of this medication, consult your pharmacist. Give this medication by vein (IV) as an initial dose (bolus dose) followed by an IV infusion as directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your weight, medical condition, and response to therapy. Before using, check this product visually for particles or discoloration. If either is present, do not use the liquid. Learn how to store and discard needles and medical supplies safely. Consult your pharmacist.
