Desacetylvinblastine Amide Sulfate Farmacologia
Vindesina está indicado para el tratamiento de la leucemia linfocítica aguda de la infancia que es resistente a la vincristina y de pulmón de células no avena cancer.Vindesine causas de la detención de las células en la mitosis en metafase. Es tres veces más potente que la vincristina y casi 10 veces más potente que la vinblastina en la causa de arresto mitótico en estudios in vitro a dosis diseñado para arresto de 10 a 15% de las células mitosis. Vindesina y la vincristina son aproximadamente equipotentes a niveles de dosis que el arresto de 40 a 50% de las células en la mitosis. A diferencia de vinblastina, vindesina produce células postmetaphase muy pocos. Patient Information:
The treatmewnt with Vindesine can cause hair, but it is usually reversible. It may also cause
loss of sensation or tingling in hands or feet, fever, chill, sore throat, constipation, black
stool, bruising or bleeding.
Patients should be informed that the major acute toxicities of Vindesine are related to bone
marrow toxicity, specifically granulocytopenia with increased susceptibility to infection.
They should be advised to report fever or chills immediately. Women of childbearing potential
should be advised to avoid becoming pregnant during treatment. Patients should be advised to
contact their physician if they experience increased shortness of breath, cough, or other new
pulmonary symptoms, or if they experience symptoms of abdominal pain or constipation.
