Davoxin Farmacologia
La digoxina, un glucósido cardiaco similar a la digitoxina, se utiliza para tratar la insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva y arritmias supraventriculares por mecanismos de reentrada, y para controlar la frecuencia ventricular en el tratamiento de la fibrilación auricular crónica.
Davoxin Absorcion
La absorción de la digoxina de la formulación de jarabe para niños ha demostrado ser un 70% a 85% de avance (90% a 100% de las cápsulas, y el 60% a 80% para las pastillas).
Davoxin Toxicidad
Toxicidad incluyen taquicardia ventricular o fibrilación ventricular, o bradiarritmias progresiva, o bloqueo cardíaco. LD50 = 7,8 mg / kg (por vía oral en ratones).
Davoxin Informacion de Pacientes
Digoxin is used for the treatment of congestive heart failure and for irregular heartbeat. Notify your physician if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not stop taking digoxin without talking with your physician. Digoxin may be taken with or without food. It should be taken at approximately the same time each morning. Do not take over-the-counter antacids, cough, cold, allergy or diet medications without notifying your physician and pharmacist. Notify your physician if you develop an irregular heartbeat, trouble breathing, skin rash, nausea, diarrhea, blurred or yellow vision, or unusual weakness or tiredness.
