Trihexyphenidyl HCl Pharmacologie
Trihexyphenidyl est un anticholinergique utilisé dans le traitement symptomatique de tous les groupes étiologique du syndrome parkinsonien et de drogue induit des réactions extrapyramidales (sauf dyskinésie tardive). Trihexyphenidyl possède deux effets anticholinergiques et antihistaminiques, bien que seul le premier a été établi comme thérapeutique significative dans la gestion du syndrome parkinsonien.
