Dihydroxypropyl Theopylin Pharmacologie

Dyphylline, un dérivé de la xanthine, est un bronchodilatateur utilisé pour le soulagement de l'asthme bronchique aiguë et d'un bronchospasme réversible associé à la bronchite chronique et l'emphysème. Dyphylline est une xanthine dérivés avec des actions pharmacologiques similaires à la théophylline et d'autres membres de cette classe de médicaments. Son action principale est celle de bronchodilatation, mais il présente aussi vasodilatateurs périphériques et d'autres lisses activité relaxant musculaire à un degré moindre.
