    A POTENT AMINOGLYCOSIDE ANTIBIOTIC DRUG. IT IS INTENDED FOR
    INTRAMUSCULAR/INTRAVENOUS INJECTION, UNDER THE CARE OF A PHYSICIAN.
    ORALLY AMINOGLYCOSIDES ARE POORLY  ABSORBED FROM THE GI TRACT.
    ABSORPTION MAY OCCUR FROM LARGE DOSES TO WOUNDS/DENUDED SKIN/BURNS
    MAY RESULT IN SYSTEMIC TOXICITY. ALLERGIC REACTION MAY OCCUR. EYES:
    INFLAMMATION OF CONJUNCTIVA. MAY AFFE CT KIDNEYS, CAUSE
    NEUROMUSCULAR DISORDERS. MAY AFFECT THE EARS (EIGHTH RANIAL NERVE)
    & NERVOUS SYSTEM.
Effects of Overexposure:NAUSEA, VOMITING, DIARRHEA, ALTERED ABSORPTION
    OF NUTRIENTS & ELECTROLYTE DISTURBANCES, RASH, URTICARIA,
    STOMATITIS, PRURITUS, BURNING, FEVER, EOSINOPHILIA, HEARING LOSS,
    NEUROMUSCULAR BLOCKADE, INFLA MMATION, REDNESS, ITCHING,
    IRRITATION.
Medical Cond Aggravated by Exposure:IMPAIRED HEARING, KIDNEY DISORDERS,
    NEUROMUSCULAR DISORDERS, ALLERGIES TO AMINOGLYCOSIDES.

First Aid:EYES: FLUSH W/LARGE AMOUNTS OF WATER FOR 15-20 MINS. SKIN:
    WASH W/SOAP & WATER FOR 15-20 MINS. INHALATION: REMOVE TO FRESH
    AIR; GIVE OXYGEN/CPR IF NECESSARY. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION IN ALL
    CASES.

    AGENTS ARE INTENDED FOR USE UNDER DIRECTION OF A PHYSICIAN/UNDER
    THE CONDITIONS  OF USE DESCRIBED ON THE LABEL. PERSONNEL HANDLING
