Vigabatrine Farmacologia
Vigabatrin, è un anticonvulsivante chimicamente non correlate ad altri anticonvulsivi. Vigabatrin inibisce il catabolismo del GABA. Si tratta di un analogo del GABA, ma non è un agonista del recettore.
Vigabatrine Assorbimento
Rapidamente assorbito dopo somministrazione orale. Cibo può diminuire leggermente la velocità, ma non l'estensione, di assorbimento.

The dose of this medicine should be gradually decreased over a period of two to four weeks. After months to years of taking this medication, damage to vision may occur. Regular eye examinations should be conducted and notify your doctor if any change in vision occurs.
